With over 20 years in senior operational leadership roles across the creative industries, from global organisations to independently run businesses, including VICE Media, DSP and EMI — I’ve led large teams, managed multi-million-pound budgets, and supported organisations through significant growth or transformation.

After serving as Chief Operating Officer at Bullion Productions (All3Media), I began consulting with founder-led SMEs, helping leadership teams shape vision, align strategies, enhance operational effectiveness, and hone commercial priorities. This work deepened my interest in leadership dynamics, team systems and organisational performance, leading me to pursue an MSc in Organisational Psychology (Distinction, BPS-accredited). My dissertation, “We Need To Be Together: Post-Pandemic Insights from Leaders in the Creative Industries,” explored collaboration, connection, culture and leadership identity in disrupted working environments.

Now, as a freelance organisational consultant and coach, I partner with founders, leaders, professionals, and their teams to build focus, alignment and capability. My operational background, workplace psychology, and coaching mean I can draw on one or a combination of these areas of expertise to help people reflect on how they lead, strengthen relationships, align strategy and vision, drive effectiveness, and create the conditions for meaningful, sustainable progress.
