Coaching Packages and Fees
Packages for individual clients and organisations.
Individuals
Before you commit to a series of sessions, we have a free 30-minute introductory call to see if coaching is right for you, whether we’re a good fit and answer any questions you have.
Individual Package
1 x 45-minute exploration session, where we discuss your goals and specific needs
6 x 60-minute coaching sessions
Online or in person (within M25)
Each coachee will receive a free 30-minute introductory call before the organisation commits to paying for a series of coaching sessions. This helps ensure that coaching is right for them, whether the coachee and I are a good fit and answer any questions they have.
The Coaching Day Series
Three focused coaching days across three weeks, offering 1:1 coaching to four employees to help strengthen clarity, confidence and capability.
Each of the same four employees receives:
3 x 60-minute coaching sessions (one session per coaching day)
Coaching days are delivered either fully online or in person at your offices. Travel outside M25 will be expensed at cost.
Organisations
Classic Organisational Package
A bespoke coaching journey, supported by aligned goal-setting, to support your people and strengthen the foundations of your organisation.
2 x 30-minute triad meetings
1 x 30-minute exploration session, to finesse goals and specific needs
6 x 60-minute coaching sessions
Summary of each session for coachee
Online or in person (within M25). Travel outside M25 will be expensed at cost.
