Professional background
With over 25 years in leadership roles across international corporations and founder-led SMEs, I’ve worked in media, production, publishing, design, music, and events. My experience includes companies like VICE, BBC, EMI, and Walker Books, where I’ve led large teams, managed £40m+ budgets, and delivered award-winning projects to top global brands.
I’ve built teams from the ground up, expanded businesses internationally, and navigated workplace challenges from redundancies to leadership transitions. Since my Chief Operating Officer role at Bullion Productions, I’ve focused on consulting for SMEs, helping them drive operational and commercial efficiencies. Through this work, I discovered the critical link between strong leadership, aligned vision, and clear objectives for business success.
My passion for supporting leadership teams and solving complex organisational challenges led me to pursue a Master’s in Organisational Psychology, where I earned a Distinction. My thesis focused on post-pandemic leadership in the creative industries.
